Assistant was exceptional. She made sure I was comfortable, offering a blanket on a cold morning, and a neck pillow. These both made the experience more relaxing. She also checked in with me during the procedure to make sure I was okay. Very good! Dentist was also great. He had steady yet gentle hands and seemed to work quickly and efficiently.

Excellent! First, I went to wrong address—and one man am from your office was waiting outside your office to make sure I turned into the correct parking area. Very kind. I was given an incorrect address by the Delta Dental folks that I contacted when I needed to change dentists. ( Previous DDS’ office is in the process of closing.) The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was excellent—very thorough/thoughtful.

The staff are very professional and nice. They do a phenomenal job, especially my hygienist Julie. They do everything they can to make you feel comfortable. It’s pretty relaxing.

Elizabeth is always so professional, friendly, and caring. I actually look forward to going to the dentist. I was warmly greeted by the front office. My personal needs were met graciously. I have smooth, clean teeth and left the office after saying goodbye. I have my next appointment. I know what to do to take care of my mouth until I return. Thanks to everyone at TLC Dentistry!
