I found Dr. Bigelow to be very knowledgable and helpful. We all have bad experiences occasionally but I don't feel the two reviews that I have read are accurate. He is a Christian man that is caring and I have seen plaques in his office that show where he donates free dentistry to children. He will also work with you on payments. I have and would recommend Dr. Bigelow to anyone. (Including my 81 year old mother).
In 2011, I went in for a cosmetic procedure. My tooth was chipped in an accident at work. I was talked into getting a crown. The crown was awful and too big. Bigelow punctured my sinuses when giving me the numbing injection. After the procedure, I had to have an emergency root canal. I would never recommend.
Very rude staff and dentist. Could give no indication of the cost of any procedure, just pushed me to undergo said procedures without any knowledge of cost. Billed me almost $50.00 for a cleaning that was supposed to be 100% covered by my insurance. I believe that they split up my cleaning and exam over 2 days a week apart so that they could bill my insurance for more money. Awful experience!
