The assistant Shernita is Very Rude, and don’t care for the tenants. Very Nasty Attitude and their bosses don’t take complaints seriously among the tenants, Mold and leakage of water comes from everywhere without being fixed. If you have children Please send them to the doctor. The manager could be better but she know she needs the help of someone there. They play games and don’t want to fix things. I never lived here. My mom was the manager from the early 90's to 1999. This is where I played as a child. This is where I grew up. The people I grew up with I am still friends with. There were problems, But that is exactly what you encounter in any apartments in memphis really. If you mind your own business and have respect for others its a great place to be. I loved it here!! The assistant in the office Shernita is Horrible her mouth is smart and her attitude is bad then when she around people she plays victim somebody needs to get her out the office fast she is the reason I don’t call the office

I love my apartment been in the apartments for 9 years now the staff in the office respectful And friendly washer and dryer connections come in the 2br on up to the 4br with washer n dryer on the property also for the ones to use you can get cable in your unit they nice in the inside I love my bathroom .... oh and just cause it’s base on income that don’t mean nothing you still have a roof and responsibilities when it come to the kids that’s all that matter life ain’t easy everybody go through stuff and when you without yo... read more

Need better night security they let kids run around doing any thing with people playing loud music outside up to 3am that had better security it the past to control things and the staff needs to handle people Situations better
