Todd was super patient and incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything buttoned up before we put in the paperwork and even after we bought the house. Him and Ashlyn really made our experience seamless and super easy to manage. I asked a lot of questions through the whole ordeal and Todd was always on top of things. I will DEFINITELY be sending friends and family to him when they ask!
