I just had my second surgery with Dr. MCALL. He has my total trust and I would recommend him highly!
Dr. McCall did my fusion of L5 to S1 & also put a titanium plate of some sort because my pelvis had slid down like 2 & 1/2 centimeters. I hope I have that all right. I was in tremendous pain I can't even explain it. I Had gone thru PT for lots of years & um-teen Steroid blocks. Nothing helped I just kept getting worse. Dr. McCall saw me and set surgery up right a way. It was, I believe Nov. 2009. I am so much better. No Pain! It was caused from a Traumatic chilhood injury, they said. NOTHING was going to help! Dr. McCall is professional, courteous, and caring. I would send my mother to him.
He is very rude and does ñot feel the patient should have a voice . I had a neck surgery last year on August and got ref. To him for a 2nd. I told him upfront I was frustrated and if I came of rude when asking questions, I apologize . He basically changed from a 50% positivity outcome to 10% because I was asking questions. I asked him for him mangers name to file a complaint he told me, my problem to figure out who to talk to. Then proceeded to lie on my chart about what happened. I hung up on him in tears. He did my SI Joint Fusion Surgery and right after that I couldn't walk or straighten my Knee - he finally agreed to see me and told me that he's never seen that before and that was that - left me like this to figure it out - it's been 10 mos. and still trying to find someone to help me fix this.
Horrible careless surgeon. His apathetic attitude and lack of compassion almost killed me. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUTCHER with your surgical needs. STAY AWAY!!
Worse off now than before! Live alone and just sit and just sit and cry and i hate going out as the pain is so bad in my legs.
