I was not planning on purchasing that day, but Michel Woods made it so easy and near impossible to turn away from the great deals. He is a wonderful salesman. Best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a new vehicle! I will definitely be back to Michel in the future for my next purchase!
Didn't provide mileage sticker, and was rude when I asked about it. Was told to work with Samantha, never saw her, worked with someone else completely. Didn't review the findings of the oil change with me when they finished. Missed one of the tires to check for air. 3 were fine, one was low when I checked. Since I filled it up, has remained full for a week, so it's not due to a nail in the tire. Could've been better for the price. Katie made my truck buying experience very pleasant and easy. I particularly liked the one-on-one interaction with Katie vs having to go through any other individuals before receiving my vehicle. I highly recommend going to Katie for any future vehicle purchase needs.
