The service is so perfect for me! Each therapist i have had have been so very helpful to me! They answer all questions I have asked! Lifestance as been a part of my life for almost a year now!

Tonya has shown intolerance towards others who are different than her background, culture and or beliefs. How can she show empathy to her patients when she can’t see beyond her bias. I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Extremely easy to talk to!! I was an emotional wreck once I found out 3min past my first appointment, that it was a tele-health call, as I was sitting waiting for a call. So I tried the text link and it didn’t work, long story short, I called in & the amazing staff got me connected with Tonya, like I said I was very comfortable opening up, which I normally don’t do, until I could feel that person out. I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within one week after I called. The receptionist walked me through the info they needed and what I needed to bring to my appointment. My counselor is Tonya Scherping and I feel like she was hand-picked especially for me. I am thrilled to have come to LifeStance.
