I was pleasantly surprised to get an appointment within one week after I called. The receptionist walked me through the info they needed and what I needed to bring to my appointment. My counselor is Tonya Scherping and I feel like she was hand-picked especially for me. I am thrilled to have come to LifeStance.
Extremely easy to talk to!! I was an emotional wreck once I found out 3min past my first appointment, that it was a tele-health call, as I was sitting waiting for a call. So I tried the text link and it didn’t work, long story short, I called in & the amazing staff got me connected with Tonya, like I said I was very comfortable opening up, which I normally don’t do, until I could feel that person out.
