It was a wonderful experience for my girls. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dentists were also gentle and kind to the children. I highly recommend anyone to take their children here. My girls wanted to go again the next day. Which I don't know if any kids who think the dentist is fun lol Thanks again Toothfairy Pediatric
Absolutely useless. Took my daughter here because she had a broken tooth. They did an x ray, told me what was wrong. Then, they told me to call the phone number on my insurance card. To schedule the procedure that my daughter needs because they don't even do it. I called the phone number on my insurance card as indicated. They wanted to reschedule with a new doctor to do all the same things that this other useless dental office already did. Absolute total waste of time. Annoyed. I like the actual dentist here but apparently they changed policies and did not inform anyone. My daughter has been coming here for over two maybe three years consistently and there have been a couple fumbles. One time they accidentally did not bill me correctly or something (still don’t know) and then didn’t inform me and I was sent to collections over like 20-30 dollars. Truly loved the office! They’re super kind and very attentive to the kids! Definitely will be recommending to friends and family!
There is one dentist that needs to find a different field of work and one dentist that is amazing beyond belief. The scheduler, Jesus, is his name, needs to know the difference between cleanings and extractions. I am going to find a different dentist office moving forward.
