My children, 6 and 9 both had a great experience at Toothfairy Pediatric Dental. The hygienist's were very thorough, patient, kind and fun for them both. The dentist answered all questions I had about each of the children. She took time to explain a issue my daughter is having with an adult canine without rushing. The front office managers delt with a issue of the children's dental history rather than making it my problem which most other offices would normally do. Came in because pain after cavity filling. Couldn’t be seen for over a month even though we felt it was an emergency. Never had pain there before the filling. Couldn’t have gotten me out any faster. There less than ten minutes. Everyone was rude besides doctor and every appointment before this one everyone was very nice. All new people working there on May 21rst. Was treated like it was my daughter’s fault. We won’t be going back.
This place is a joke! They scheduled my son who had a TBI for a cleaning which I triple confirmed in person before we left out last appointment and over the phone both times they called to confirm. We get to his appointment only for them to turn him away and make up some lame excuses! They told me they did sedated cleanings but refused to do my child’s. I confirmed his deep cleaning and was even recommended by them at our last appointment for them to do it all for us to get there and be turned away! We will not be back!
The staff was friendly, they were patient and kind to my daughters. The office is clean. They paid close attention and made sure all questions were answered. I would recommend taking your child here.
Super friendly staffs and really helpful.They make sure that you are taken care of the minute you walk through the doors. I'm glad I chose this dental clinic for my son.
