It was a wonderful experience for my girls. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming. The dentists were also gentle and kind to the children. I highly recommend anyone to take their children here. My girls wanted to go again the next day. Which I don't know if any kids who think the dentist is fun lol Thanks again Toothfairy Pediatric
Annoyed. I like the actual dentist here but apparently they changed policies and did not inform anyone. My daughter has been coming here for over two maybe three years consistently and there have been a couple fumbles. One time they accidentally did not bill me correctly or something (still don’t know) and then didn’t inform me and I was sent to collections over like 20-30 dollars. It was headache to deal with and then they forgot to take it off my profile or whatever and tried to charge me again. (I am very confident I did ... read more
The staff was friendly, they were patient and kind to my daughters. The office is clean. They paid close attention and made sure all questions were answered. I would recommend taking your child here.
They made my life easier by scheduling both kids at the same time, which is a plus in my book. The dentist was great and so were his assistants.
If I could give a zero I would. I wanted to book at a different location more convenient to me but was directed to spark location. Place is very outdated. I was in and out of there before I could even finish filling out paper work as a first time parent this was my baby’s first visit I didn’t get a chance to ask any questions was rushed out, they didn’t even get a good look at her teeth before I was out of the chair.
