I had an appointment today for 2 fillings with Dr. Jenna and Shan and it was so quick and easy! They were phenomenal and made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I've been going to Toothworks for a few years now and have always appreciated their friendly and professional staff. They talk you through exactly what's going on, and what work might need to be done. They've taken all the anxiety I used to feel going to other clinics completely out of the experience - I can't recommend them strongly enough!!
I had an appointment with Ashley today for cleaning and X-rays. Her service was very excellent, professional, and efficient . I particularly appreciate that she tells me everything she is about to do so you totally informed about what to expect. She detailed what X-rays were being done and why . When I asked about if they were all necessary she gave me options to spread out the cost . I think this is important to ask as some people have limited coverage and need to make decisions that don’t jeopardize their dental health.... read more
I had my first visit to Toothworks Dentistry this morning. I was greeted very friendly and professionally. I was able to park in the free provided parking without any issue. I only had a hygiene appointment today and was so pleased with Ashley. She is very friendly, kind and gentle...which was appreciated as I am a nervous patient. This was a great first experience!! Had my first appointment with Toothworks today. Ashley, Dr. Sam and all the staff were very friendly, professional and did a great job. Very thorough. Space is easy to access and is clean and welcoming.
After the retirement of 40+ years of my previous dentist, I went to toothworks at his recommendation. Reception staff was excellent and I felt very welcomed, especially with one friendly face. My hygienist (Michaela) was excellent and provided great service and recommendations. In a downtown parking environment, parking was free which was a great advantage.
