I am very pleased to have discovered this auto shop. Following my accident, I was quite anxious to find a shop I could truly trust, and it proved challenging. It is especially difficult to find a trustworthy shop these days, as some unfortunately take advantage of people. However, I genuinely appreciate the work ethic and the friendliness of the staff.
Update: needed to ask some questions for an issue that needed to be figured out and the team was phenomenal in answering the questions. While waiting for a brief moment noticed some changes that need to caught in pictures. The office layout slightly changed with some nice new amenities (coffee/tea) while waiting and the new paint colors of blue and Grey are much nicer to look at than when they first moved in. Stopped by to ask about a scratch on my car, and Cesar offered to polish it out for free! It made a big difference, and I really appreciate the great customer service. There are still some deeper scratches that need more work, but the team was professional and helpful. Definitely recommend this shop!
Update: Took my truck back after i got the new rims and tires on it. So grateful to Cezar and his hardworking and amazing staff. Thank you for your attention to detail and I WILL BE recommending your business to everyone. Keep up the ace work. Got my 87 Chevy K10 in there for total body work and I will NEVER go anywhere else after using this place. The professionalism is not only first-rate , they have gone above and beyond. Anybody looking to use top auto body shop in Fife please read I have been in 3 non-at fault accident, and all of those accidents I have chosen to come back to top auto body shop and work with Cesar and Tyrell because of the customer service and the work that they provide.
