While driving my son home from daycare, I passed by a Top Care employee who was weed eating by the side of the road. A rock flew from his machine and shattered my passenger side window. I pulled over and the entire crew came over to help. They immediately called their supervisor and helped remove the broken glass while I held my infant son from a distance. Top Care Inc & Ray's Tree & Lawn were individually two great companies on their own. Now they have merged making one even better company. They work with their employees on days off for family emergencies.
Extremely professional commercial Land management company.
These gentlemen cut our common areas. I asked them twice to please pick up the trash including beer cans and they ran over them and left the trash. I brought my translator to make sure they knew what I was saying. Called the office and put into voicemail by the secretary. Frustrating. Three weeks they have done this..
