I purchased a new fridge and stove from Top Choice, after visiting their display at the Toronto Home show. The experience was excellent and I will purchase from them again. Working with my sales rep, Hargun, and through countless text messages and calls, he helped me select appliances that properly suited my home's kitchen. Hargun's quality of service was first class and I will highly recommend family and friends to him for their future purchases!
Great service from purchase to delivery. Got a price cheaper on a gas range than any other store and no haggling or pushing sale, thanks Christy and Harry! Delivery was also quick and efficient with a phone call the morning of to confirm exact time. Guri and Uminder did a great job with the delivery. Thank you!
Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. I purchased an $800 open box speaker that I had to return. Not only did I have to drive an hour to Brampton to return the speaker, they accepted the return and then never refunded me, now saying they don’t have any proof of the return. This is despite the fact that one of their employees carried the speaker from the back of my trunk into the store for the return. Delivery guys were very Good . The way of talking and the way of working to good. I want share my experience. They took Everything upstairs very nicely with dent and scratches. But when we Fridge it's was damage from bottom and little bit from back . The door was not going to properly closed. The delivery guys took 2 hours to fix it . I m shocked. When we order something form other store delivery guys are in hurry . But the Top choice delivery guys were great and they came from Brampton they spend more than 2 hour to fix.... read more
