I purchased a new fridge and stove from Top Choice, after visiting their display at the Toronto Home show. The experience was excellent and I will purchase from them again. Working with my sales rep, Hargun, and through countless text messages and calls, he helped me select appliances that properly suited my home's kitchen. Hargun's quality of service was first class and I will highly recommend family and friends to him for their future purchases!
Whatever you do, do not buy anything from this company. I purchased an $800 open box speaker that I had to return. Not only did I have to drive an hour to Brampton to return the speaker, they accepted the return and then never refunded me, now saying they don’t have any proof of the return. This is despite the fact that one of their employees carried the speaker from the back of my trunk into the store for the return. I purchased an open box TV and actually recieved a brand new TV instead. Doesn't get much better than that. Got a massive discount, the shipping was on time and a question about my order was answered. I 100% recommend Top Choice!
My experiences with the sales rep (Dhiren) was very positive. He not only solved my problem but went above and beyond to make sure I was a satisfied customer by offering a better product for a few $$$ more, saving me hundreds of $$$. His response was timely, and he took the time to follow-up. I will consider buying from Top Choice Electronics again, simply due to my positive experience with Dhiren.
