Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. No communication, no accountability, and every time I asked for an update I got nothing but excuses and a complete runaround. I purchased a garmin product and because of how long it’s taken I have decided to get a refund. Avoid this place at all costs.

Lackluster customer service. Ordered a couch, 2 chairs and ottoman. Advised 6-8 week delivery timeframe. Contacted the store at 8 weeks, no response. Contacted again a few days later, advised there was a delay, no new timeline. To make a long story short, I had multiple attempts at communication, my husband tried to get information as well.
