Jeff Richardson is the absolute best. I truly view him as a member of the team. Someone that I can ask questions to and bounce ideas off of whether its a deal he's working or a potential deal. From the very first text, Jeff was responsive and consistent throughout the whole process and even after we closed he still maintained communication and answered our questions.
