Jeff Richardson is the absolute best. I truly view him as a member of the team. Someone that I can ask questions to and bounce ideas off of whether its a deal he's working or a potential deal. If Jeff says something you can count on that information every time and that is worth at least 5 stars! I would highly recommend Jeff you will be happy you used him.
