We had Jeff Richardson as our loan agent. From the very first text, Jeff was responsive and consistent throughout the whole process and even after we closed he still maintained communication and answered our questions. Jeff Richardson is the absolute best. I truly view him as a member of the team. Someone that I can ask questions to and bounce ideas off of whether its a deal he's working or a potential deal. If Jeff says something you can count on that information every time and that is worth at least 5 stars! I would highly recommend Jeff you will be happy you used him.
