Pictures say alot.Something went wrong . To much fertilizer and not enough water. Though as you can see . Never notified to water after application. DO NOT APPLY ANYTHING TO MY YARD IF IT LOOKS LIKE IT WON'T RAIN FOR 2 OR 3 DAYS. NOT REALLY A LAWN GUY. Just hate spending $$$$ to get what I got.
Haven’t been happy with the service this year! not only did they kill the grass in the front yard a few weeks ago,their equipment left yellow burn tire marks everywhere in the yard that I had to fix myself. I asked them to cancel the mole or should I say grub treatment but they said I only canceled the mosquito treatment, but they did not so I still owe them for that yet I’ve got a huge mole problem.
Not happy with this application. Entirely has to do with the condition of the lawn after the application. See the attached photos. If the yard is too wet DONT COMPLETE THE APPLICATION. The same thing happend a couple of times last year as well. Please be more mindful of the yard and conditions.
My name is Elene P. & my lawn was treated by the tech named Malia, she ruined & burned my lawn in several spots-- my lawn was like a green carpet before not only did she put too much fertilizer she never treated the current weeds that popped up like my nutsedge-- Taylor came out very nice guy & seeded the burned areas but when I contacted the office to tell them some areas didn't get enough seed & could you drop me off some, I was told per the branch manager Gregory L Figa no we will not give you any seed. I am updating my one star review to five. The previous tech did a poor job and is no longer there. A new tech came by and I went though what happened and we reviewed the lawn. He did a great job so I am optimistic again
