I am updating my one star review to five. The previous tech did a poor job and is no longer there. A new tech came by and I went though what happened and we reviewed the lawn. He did a great job so I am optimistic again

Wonderful technician that always evenly spreads the product as the picture shows. When I need to call the office and deal with payment matters they always take care of me perfectly and resolve any issues whatsoever. So glad I signed up. And my neighbors say my yard is looking better. Many years of abuse takes time to correct. They ShoulD fertilize in the lawn stripping pattern that is present when they arrive. Your guy was here and made 1 path around my 1/2 acre lot. He said he would finish it but just sitting in the truck in front of my house and then left!!!! I was home and watched him and you can see the tracks.
Expirigreen has done nothing to help my lawn. The service that was provided today after he left I went and scoured my grass and found not one trace of fertilizer. I am canceling my services and will do it on my own to make sure it’s done. The picture shows his machines tire track with my brand new grass seed and not 1 pellet if fertilizer
