We've had Top-Notch Solutions help on a few small residential projects and they are great. They helped demo a few of our bathrooms and took care of our asbestos flooring, water damage, and treatment. Danny and his team are very quick to communicate, upfront about pricing, and we're able to schedule us within our tight timeline. I highly recommend!

We worked with Top Notch on a whole house asbestos abatement and the experience was exceptional. Their prices were the lowest of four quotes. Danny was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process (not to mention, super patient with all our questions… and we asked a lot of questions). We received photo updates throughout and he even remembered the mold mitigation we had discussed only on our first walk through. I would recommend Top Notch to a good friend (or anyone reading this review)!
The owner, Danny, is very communicative and professional. He came over the day after we called to provide an estimate, and made us aware of the option to rent asbestos cleaning equipment from him (instead of hiring a cleaning crew) which saved us thousands. Honest and reliable leadership at this company.
