Outstanding responsiveness, reasonable costs, and great service! As a Realtor, I was distressed when a condo listing was found to have substantial black mold. TopNotchCo responded quickly and efficiently, handled a newly licensed buyers' agent multiple hypothetical questions, and saved closing. The owner, Danny, is very communicative and professional. He came over the day after we called to provide an estimate, and made us aware of the option to rent asbestos cleaning equipment from him (instead of hiring a cleaning crew) which saved us thousands. We worked with Top Notch on a whole house asbestos abatement and the experience was exceptional. Their prices were the lowest of four quotes. Danny was incredibly responsive throughout the whole process (not to mention, super patient with all our questions… and we asked a lot of questions). We received photo updates throughout and he even remembered the mold mitigation we had discussed only on our first walk through. I would recommend Top Notch to a good friend (or anyone reading this review)!
