they say, “when it rains, it pours.” last month’s heavy rain exposed even more problems in my “renovated” home. after only 4 years in, I had to fully replace the roof. My roof has had issues with ponding water due to an incorrect pitch, and after it recently developed a leak I wanted to correct the underlying issue. Love these guys for all things roofing! They handled one of my rentals last year and then I had a small leak on My house and they were just as good with service calls. The price is always fair and they make my life easy because they know exactly what they’re doing!

We have a three story house with a deck on the front. My son’s room under the deck has had a leak for years. After having multiple roofers seal up different areas in and around the deck, the leak was not resolved. After a major rain storm we got a recommendation from a friend to call Top Tier. What a great company! They were quick to respond, quoted a very reasonable estimate, took good care of our yard, and cleaned up thoroughly. We have a flat roof and have always had to hire someone throughout the fall to blow leaves off the roof. Otherwise, it leaked. We want to clean the roof ourselves, so we had Top Tier install a roof hatch, which will pay for itself in 2 years. Wonderful, conscientous owners.
