We have a three story house with a deck on the front. My son’s room under the deck has had a leak for years. My roof has had issues with ponding water due to an incorrect pitch, and after it recently developed a leak I wanted to correct the underlying issue. I spoke to a number of roofers who only wanted to put another layer on top of the existing roof, but Top Tier wanted to actually fix the problem. They proposed removing the existing roof where it was leaking, installing tapered insulation, adding a second drain to affected area, and then installing new granulated torch down over the entire roof. After some heavy rain, we noticed a small leak coming in through our skylight. Called several roofing companies and Top Tier was by far the most reliable, with Sean coming out the next morning and giving us a quote on the spot. Despite their busy schedule, they were still able to come in within a week and do excellent work to fix the leak along with a few other issues on our roof
Had a leak in my bedroom, gave top tier roofing a call. They came out few days later, went up my roof and assess the damage. Sean gave me a fair estimate. Job was completed in a timely matter, the team clean up all the debris. Highly satisfied with top tier roofing!!
