Brown spots after paying for core aeration. Why can’t lawn professionals be able to diagnose. Very disappointed in the service and we are shopping with competitors. Technicians are very nice but I believe the products used are not sufficient and there are management issues with lack of competence. Going to also report to BBB. Too much paid for subpar products.
Call Top Turf on Tuesday and had my 1st treatment on Thursday. Rob West was my technician and was very knowledgeable and friendly. He has also been treating my mom's yard, and she is very impressed with him as well. She is not able to post her own review. Two very satisfied customers.
I am a longtime customer of Top Turf and have been very satisfied with their service. This week my technician, Robert West, noticed on his own during my regular service, that I was having some trouble with POA Annua, and came back as a free service to treat it. I highly recommend Top Turf.
