Disappointed with the results and service I’ve received from Top Turf so far. I called the office last week about the amount of weeds which seem to be spreading across my lawn rather than disappearing? The lady on the phone said she’d arrange for a supervisor to come out and inspect but I’ve heard nothing? I also sent pictures of the weeds but have seen no response yet? Last service date May 7th. Had to do my own weed control and fungus control to recover my lawn. Wanted to speak with today’s tech about a back yard area on the property that is behind the fence that is supposed to be service but he already left in under 10 minutes. Did not leave a yard service sign just a sign holder. But must of been out because other accounts on the street only had a sign holder. Would have been nice if he would have came to the door and tell me that he does not have any signs and to stay off the yard.
