Brown spots after paying for core aeration. Why can’t lawn professionals be able to diagnose. Very disappointed in the service and we are shopping with competitors. Technicians are very nice but I believe the products used are not sufficient and there are management issues with lack of competence. Going to also report to BBB. Too much paid for subpar products.
I have been with Top Turf for over 15 years and Derrick Brown Has been my technician throughout the years. My yard looks amazing as always. It’s thick, lush and green. I owe it all to Derrick. Anytime I happen to be home, He will always make sure to say hi and answer Any questions I have. Excellent company! Great service, and they provide follow up on weed control. Our tech, Willie H has been working on eradicating the nutsedge, and has got our yard looking so much better just after a few visits. Worth every penny!
Our technician, Victor S., has done a great job on our lawn. It has gone from being mostly weeds to lush and green in less than a year. I wish I had a before and after pic, but I only have the after. Really happy with the results so far and hope to see continued progress, especially in our backyard.
Today my technician showed up and I was mowing my yard, instead of asking me to stop so he could do his service he decided to drive off, let me finish the mowing and blowing off of the yard and came back later to complete the service! He put down granules, so it was important not to mow or blow after the application. My Tech Ben S. understood this and is the best! Always does a great job and my yard looks great! Thanks man!
