Dental assistants are very rude and loud. These people are not professional at all.

When we walked in, it seemed like a child-friendly place. While checking in, I received a sheet of paper outlining how they would treat my child. The first item was "Tell Show Do." It said their policy is to TELL the child what they were going to do, then SHOW them (either on themselves or on a picture), and then DO it. Everything looked good...on paper. I use to like this place but not after what happen I took my daughter to get a crown and when I got home my daughter coompaint said she had something in her mouth and sure enough it was some kind of string it was very long so I took her back that same day and ask for them to get it removed and they did not want to take her back they gave me a glove. I could not believe this I told them I didn't want to be pulling on it but they didn't care did not even say sorry. I had heard a lot of bad things they had done by other parents... read more
