Setting up unit was simple and fast. Easily accessible and has insurance coverage for items stored. Been using them for months and haven’t had any issues. No problems with weather and moisture. The units are secure and I trust my stuff being locked up with them.
Setting up my rental was easy and convenient. The instructions to access were clear and thorough, and the reminder for the monthly payment withdrawal is helpful for my budgeting. Great location and very spacious. The unit was clean and ready to go and I appreciated the lock that was included.
We have used this storage facility for a year, and have had no issues. Easy and secure facility, except for the road connection going on…but that’s not their fault. Highly recommend.

If you're looking for basic storage, and you don't need climate control, etc., I have found Topeka Self Storage on Grantville Rd to be a great place for basic storage. I noticed there are places for vehicle storage, as well. I have met some of the local staff on the phone, who have been helpful and kind, and Joe, who is maintenance/security is a very nice man, who came to this woman's rescue! I am old, blonde, and I have ADD. Joe didn't know what he was getting into, but he persevered! 😀
