Be careful with this company. They give you a competitive rate so that you move in and then 60 days later will serve you with a notice that your rent is going up 20%. If you go on their website, the exact same unit is still being advertised for the lower amount.

Absolute garbage 'new' management company. When I originally moved my things to this facility, the manager was FANTASTIC! The groundskeeping was fantastic. With zero notice, a new company takes over. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE FOR 2 WEEKS! When you call, a computer answers. You press the right numbers it tells you to reach the facility & it hung up on you!! It seems good so far I just wish they would have cleaned it up a little before I moved my stuff in it.
