By far the best medical group of people who treat women like human beings, not just a number on a chart. I had them look at me in the eyes whenever greeting me, speak with kindness and compassion in a down to earth manner, never patronizing. I cannot recommend this wonderful group enough! Worth every dime. And their financial people are equally wonderful. Thanks to TOPS, I no longer have PTSD having a mammogram taken. Yeah, I’m being serious. Last folks who did it, I was sore for a month!
Needing a diagnostic mammogram , I chose Tops as they could get me in quickly. The technician that came to get me was very rude, and dismissive, when I started explaining I was there simply for a diagnostic, she walks off and mumbles and flipped her hand in the air and tells me “ You can tell the doctor that!” The doctor came in and was able to articulate the issues and have a conversation, placing me at ease after that failed introduction. Best mammogram experience ever! Talented mammographer (she has been there for 10 years and is currently pregnant)-super quick and painless. Not one pinch! Thank you! Receptionists were great, too. Very helpful and nice. Thanks Ladies!
Staff is always great - sadly I won’t be using them this year. I received a bill almost a year after service. Called my insurance and TOPS sent 2 insurance requests to pay. They paid the first and denied the second - rightfully so. 3 months into discussing the bill with their billing company, Solis, I’ve gotten nowhere. They are always escalating the review and never resolving.
I was completely comfortable in the setting. Plenty of privacy. The staff was kind and gentle. Mammograms have improved drastically over the years and im happy to say that im not dealing with pain or tightness on the equipment. 5 stars!
