RecommendedThis facility runs like a very well oiled machine. They always listen and go the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable, and that my needs are taken care of. Their staff is extremely empathetic and kind. Most facilities and doctor’s offices I go to can be quite unkind and lack empathy. I’ve never had a bad experience at TOPS. RecommendedI was there for a neck surgery on 11/19/25. The hospital was extremely clean, all the staff was friendly and very helpful. The nurses are amazing and I was never overlooked during my overnight stay. Highly recommend them.

RecommendedI am highly impressed with the staff and this facility!!! Sheralyn (I hope I spelled it right) was phenomenal and an absolute pleasure! She did a great job as my intake nurse, showing true Patient Care, ensuring I was comfortable, addressing any of my needs, and even being tolerant of my nervous Dad Jokes! RecommendedThe first time I went in for my shots in my neck i was worried because I have never had anything done to my neck. the nurses & other staffs are very caring and show they actually care. I rate them at a 10 wonderful place! very clean & feels like home 😁🥰💕
