Visited this place for dinner as it’s full everywhere else. Didn’t regret this decision. Ordered the quesadilla with buffalo hot chicken filling with guacamole dip. The quesadilla is warm with soft cheese and slight tint of spice. Nice combination. Seats are widely spread out with music in the background. Good place for a quick meal.

Came for a quick lunch, ordered via a touch screen which was the first Tortilla I've seen them in and honestly I think it made the process much smoother. Despite how busy it was my order came very quick and was served in a nice dish which was unexpected!

Great place to grab a quick bite. Unfortunately when I visited the staff were only able to take orders via the machines which created a huge queue, there were limited seats, but apart from that, not alot to negatively mention. Definitely go back.

Tried Tortilla for the first time and loved it! I had the chicken salad bowl, my partner went for a burrito—both delicious. Great that you can customise everything to your taste, and the chilled vibe plus friendly staff made it an easy win 😊

Visited the Bath store for a quick lunch with my partner and child. The tall young man in the black polo who seemed to be the sole manager on duty was hospitable, efficient, and kind, as were his other two main colleagues. The food was hot, fresh and good value. The manager later told me his name was Max when we asked him on our way out. The store was tidy, well organised, and if we could visit this store every day we would!
