We were enjoying our meal in Belfast city centre when one of the customers noticed a rat just wandering around. She told the staff and to be quite honest the staff didn’t seem overly concerned. They just said we will need to close the shop. My partner asked for a refund because neither one of us had finished our meal and staff member just laughed and said they are trying to contact the owner. Stay well clear if you value your health.
