Lovely, friendly service from Michaela (who had really nice nails btw 💅) and really great adobo burritos. Such a nice, easygoing experience—would happily come back! 🌯✨ no photos of the burritos. We absolutely inhaled it. Here’s the aftermath

Hands down they're the best in town! The burritos are packed with fresh ingredients and flavour - especially when you add the little chorizo bites and extra guac. The staff are always super attentive, with great communication - Chloe always remembers me and is always there with a beaming smile. Highly recommended!
Easily the worst food experience I’ve ever had Took 35 minutes to make 2 burritos one had half the ingredients missing and food was stone cold, like not even remotely warm or had any notion of having been warm When I went back to ask for a refund they kept me waiting 25 minutes and then said “what ingredients were missing from the burritos?” Made me list them out and then said “I can put those ingredients in a pot for you to eat” - left with no food, no refund, and just rude staff. I LOVE tortilla, as a healthy fast food alternative it is great, you can have fully customisable burritos, tacos- you name it they can do it (in terms of Mexican food of course) I like the new self service machines however the only problem is the flow of orders that go through if you want to order in person you often find yourself at a bit of a wait with the usual 1-2 members of staff who are struggling to keep up. But aside from that the foods great, really clean environment and albeit the staff can be a bit rushed for work... read more
