Food was the best Mexican food I've had in the UK, staff were were really nice and the level of choice you had in your food was really good. The atmosphere felt friendly and the music wasn't too loud. 👍

We went to Tortilla at around 7:40 PM on Sunday, 5th October 2025, and it was already closed, even though the posted closing time was later. The chairs were up and the place looked like it had been shut for a while — probably at least half an hour early. The food here is usually great, and we were really looking forward to it, so this was quite disappointing. Management should review what happened that evening and make sure the restaurant stays open as advertised in the future.

WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING - The staff were awesome and so kind - they explained everything. They had great service and kept the place/work surface super clean.

Amazing food. Ordered chicken burritos and they tasted heaven. The staff is amazing, so lovely and cooperative. Would definitely go there again.

Woeful experience with clearly unmotivated and uninterested staff. Dropped in to purchase a health salad bowl and got distracted by the lack of understanding regarding their loyalty card process. Got home to discover zero salad added to my salad bowl! I’ve tried making contact with bracknell store but only option to leave a voice note- I’m not expecting a call back!
