Having walked past this place for ages I finally visited. So glad i did. There's a nice selection on the menu and you can customise your meal in loads of different ways. I recommend ordering on the machines as it's easy to see all the options. The food was really tasty and fresh. Was also ready in minutes. Quicker and way nicer than the Bic M up the road. Portion sizes were excellent! There's some seating inside and out.
Extremely disappointed. We visit weekly, but today the staff was incredibly rude. They were out of almost all vegetarian ingredients (veggies and beans) but refused to offer extra guacamole to compensate unless I paid more. I ended up with half-empty bowls at full price. Unacceptable service for loyal customers. I am expecting a refund.
Absolutely loved my visit to Tortilla Bracknell! 🌯✨ The food was fresh, full of flavour, and the service was super friendly and fast. The manager was so nice and treated me so well — it really made the experience even better. The atmosphere is great from the moment you walk in. Definitely one of my favourite spots — I’ll be coming back for sure!
They add wayyy too much rice and not enough protein and sauce. Went a few weeks ago and a young lad made it just right, with the right balance of chicken and rice plus salad/sauces. Then went again but this time the lady who made it just filled it up with rice and very little of everything else. Felt rushed and didn't taste nice, are they scared they will run out of chicken? Really impressed with this place. Most Mexican restaurants I have tried serve food no better than you can buy in a supermarket, where you would obviously pay a lot less. Tortilla, although part of a chain, obviously spends money on sourcing good and fresh ingredients and it really makes a positive difference. We had the nachos, chicken quesadilla and a chicken and coriander rice burrito with lime and sour cream. The food was fresh, healthy and tasty. Price was great too - lunch for 2 under £35.
