Really impressed with this place. Most Mexican restaurants I have tried serve food no better than you can buy in a supermarket, where you would obviously pay a lot less. Tortilla, although part of a chain, obviously spends money on sourcing good and fresh ingredients and it really makes a positive difference. We had the nachos, chicken quesadilla and a chicken and coriander rice burrito with lime and sour cream. The food was fresh, healthy and tasty. Price was great too - lunch for 2 under £35.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Ordered on just eat a vegetarian burrito with chilli no carne, received a PORK burrito!! Shocking service. Never ordering again. Management needs to fix up your employees as this was a huge health risk for me.

We went to Tortilla at around 7:40 PM on Sunday, 5th October 2025, and it was already closed, even though the posted closing time was later. The chairs were up and the place looked like it had been shut for a while — probably at least half an hour early. The food here is usually great, and we were really looking forward to it, so this was quite disappointing. Management should review what happened that evening and make sure the restaurant stays open as advertised in the future.

WENT THERE YESTERDAY AND THE FOOD WAS AMAZING - The staff were awesome and so kind - they explained everything. They had great service and kept the place/work surface super clean.

Every burrito I have ever eaten here is delicious. Great service, friendly and helpful staff. Nice seating and decor both inside and outside. I got a medium burrito for under £8 and it was filling and tasted soo good. Highly recommended this place.
