I have to say I am a bit of a fan of the tacos from Tortilla, and is one of my go to places for a light lunch. They make a nice fresh and tasty, but light meal. This time I tried out the branch of Tortilla at Cabot Circus. What I like about the food, is it tastes very fresh, true the chicken has been around for a while, but combined with the fresh salad, salsa, and toppings, they are delicious. Dropped in for some quick food and had very good service. The staff gave me free tortilla chips which I really enjoyed. The food is simple and tasty, perfect if you need to get something fast and healthier than other chains. Atmosphere was the only thing that let it down.. it’s not the best layout and weren’t many in. Not sure anything can be done about that though. Really happy with the service, food, and price. Will definitely go back.
was nice, We used the machines to place our order, but unfortunately the scanner wasn't working properly. The staff helped us with our order anyway. They were kind to us. Very good customer service.
I waited to be acknowledged by the member of staff near the door for too uncomfortably long.once I began my order, she was nervous and too quiet, but this was noticed by the others in the team. I'm guessing she was new. Jim took over and gave me a fantastic and fun service. I appreciated that, no end. Total legend :)
Literally every time i get a tortilla there’s something wrong or missing in my burrito. Every time without fail they literally just play with peoples money like it’s a game. I suggest to go in person and watch what they’re putting in very carefully because u have no hope if it’s getting delivered to your house. Ordered a beef burrito today, and it came with no beef literally the main ingredient and they’ve only offered me £2 refund on a £15 order. the manager needs to sort it out asap
