Came here for lunch with the fellas. Did not disappoint! Fantastic service combined with quality, fresh ingredients make this spot a top tier dining experience all around. Will be back with the lads soon!
It was my first time at Tortilla today and I was a bit confused about the whole system but a worker whose name badge said Anaya explained it super clearly and was very helpful. She let me take my time and never let me feel rushed into making a decision. The food was good but not really my thing. However, Anaya gave such good customer service I would return purely based on that!
We went on a Friday evening. When we got there, there was no queue. The staff told us we would have to wait 10 minutes as they were fulfilling online orders. Tortilla really need to sort this out. Either they are an online only company, or a restaurant. The food is amazing, although if you don't go early enough, they do run out of stuff. We won't be going again until they prioritise restaurant customers over online orders, or work out how to service both.
Love the food there and go often. The main improvement I would say is the handling of food with the gloves. They make multiple orders with the same glove, touching food and even scooping the food with the gloves to put onto your plate. I also took my vegetarian friend here and they just kept mixing and spilling meat all over. Tortilla food is great, but an improvement on product placement to avoid cross contamination seems necessary and better food handling.
Been here many times and is our go to place when we visit the mall. It is a chain, but it's a decent one and the foods always fresh and tasty. Some of the extras are bit cheeky price wise but overall it's decent value for money. Generally there's always a queue and it's busy.
