The food was absolutely wonderful and very well prepared. I was served by Lottie, who took my order efficiently and also ensured the place was clean and well organized. Great service overall!
We visited at about 2pm Sat 24th Jan on a visit for my daughter's 12th birthday. She was really looking forward to this meal, as she loves Tex Mex style and is veggie, so it seems perfect for her. There was a small queue out the door, so we opted to use the ordering machines which stated 'Skip the queue!' on them. Had such a lovely experience at Tortilla thanks to Lottie! She was super friendly, patient, and made the whole experience feel really welcoming. Service was quick, the burrito was packed perfectly, and you can tell she genuinely cares about customers. Absolute star employee — thank you, Lottie!
Staff were rude and abrupt, very unaccomodating , one as good as threw my food into the bowl when I asked for a variation. I like this chain as lived in Los Angeles and love chipotle. Won’t be hurrying back. .
Me and my girlfriend go every Monday to Tortilla. Lottie, Harry and Gabi are always so welcoming, generous and making sure the food is always fresh. We’ve never had a ‘bad’ experience in there as they continue to make it a very friendly atmosphere, with great food too. Can’t praise these guys enough, doing a top job!
