Came here for lunch with the fellas. Did not disappoint! Fantastic service combined with quality, fresh ingredients make this spot a top tier dining experience all around. Will be back with the lads soon!
We visited at about 2pm Sat 24th Jan on a visit for my daughter's 12th birthday. She was really looking forward to this meal, as she loves Tex Mex style and is veggie, so it seems perfect for her. There was a small queue out the door, so we opted to use the ordering machines which stated 'Skip the queue!' on them. It was my first time at Tortilla today and I was a bit confused about the whole system but a worker whose name badge said Anaya explained it super clearly and was very helpful. She let me take my time and never let me feel rushed into making a decision. The food was good but not really my thing. However, Anaya gave such good customer service I would return purely based on that!
We went on a Friday evening. When we got there, there was no queue. The staff told us we would have to wait 10 minutes as they were fulfilling online orders. Tortilla really need to sort this out. Either they are an online only company, or a restaurant. The food is amazing, although if you don't go early enough, they do run out of stuff. We won't be going again until they prioritise restaurant customers over online orders, or work out how to service both.
Been coming here for YEARS !! one of my favourite places..definitely recommend. Was served by Lotte today she remembers my sons order which I find so lovely saves me explaining as hes autistic and particular when comes to food.
