Came here for lunch with the fellas. Did not disappoint! Fantastic service combined with quality, fresh ingredients make this spot a top tier dining experience all around. Will be back with the lads soon!
We visited at about 2pm Sat 24th Jan on a visit for my daughter's 12th birthday. She was really looking forward to this meal, as she loves Tex Mex style and is veggie, so it seems perfect for her. There was a small queue out the door, so we opted to use the ordering machines which stated 'Skip the queue!' on them. It was my first time at Tortilla today and I was a bit confused about the whole system but a worker whose name badge said Anaya explained it super clearly and was very helpful. She let me take my time and never let me feel rushed into making a decision. The food was good but not really my thing. However, Anaya gave such good customer service I would return purely based on that!
Been coming here for YEARS !! one of my favourite places..definitely recommend. Was served by Lotte today she remembers my sons order which I find so lovely saves me explaining as hes autistic and particular when comes to food.
The food is decent, always tended to avoid as I didn't really know what they do, but was pleasantly surprised. That being said the service is awful at times, notably staff member "Anya" I think her name tag said, has a real attitude problem and clearly needs some remedial training on customer service at a minimum. Although generally the staff seemed okay. I felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. As mentioned though the food is nice so would go again just not to this branch.
