Good place to eat around the city centre. Portions are generous, nicely spicy and full of flavour. The shop is clean and well kept, and the customer service is really good – friendly people who make you feel welcome.
Came here to have some Mexican style food and I can say I didn’t leave disappointed! You can tell the ingredients are fresh and the quality is fantastic too! Definitely would come back, especially when you are greeted by Kinga who makes you feel super welcome from the moment you walk in the restaurant! :)
Great place to go for a lunch! highly recommend. Happy, chatty staff, everyone there was so friendly. Our food was excellent, great value, big portions. Sitting area upstairs with a view on market square .
I had a really disappointing experience at Tortilla. I was queuing at the till rather than the touchscreen ordering points and politely asked a member of staff if that was okay. She grunted in response and told me I could, but that I’d need to wait. This is a large chain so my expectations were not huge but we'd just been in Taco Bell next door to check the menu and walked out as even the pictures on their menu looked depressing but I really fancied taco's so popped in to Tortilla and I have to say not only were they very tasty Tacos, they were actually one of the best I've had outside of LA & Mexico.
