After a long day at work, I stopped by Tortilla in Canary Wharf for the first time — and I’m so glad I did. The service was absolutely amazing. A special thank you to Anjana and Corina, along with their supervisor, for their warm welcome and genuine smiles. They truly made my day! It’s experiences like this that make all the difference — I’ll definitely be back.
Mariana is AMAZING! She’s always so helpful and nice, and makes my order just perfectly. If I could give her 5 stars everytime I order, I would! Everytime I’ve been coming for my morning breakfast burrito she has ALWAYS made my day - because of her energy and uplifting words! Definetetly someone who’s made me love Tortilla in Canary Wharf so much more, and she’s the only reason I keep coming back! Thank you Mariana :)
This is my regular tortilla and it never fails to disappoint. The food is always amazing and so is the service. I would like to also say a massive thank you to Nourin who is so lovely and helpful. It’s not only the food that brings me back but the lovely staff and how happy they are to always help. Thank you Nourin and thank you tortilla Canary Wharf. You guys are definitely the best branch in London !!
I had a great experience at Tortilla Canary Wharf! The bowl was absolutely delicious, fresh and full of flavor. The General Manager, Giuseppe, was super kind and really helped me choose the perfect dinner. Excellent service and great vibes — I’ll definitely be back! 🌯🙌
Very appalling customer service to be honest. The burrito barely had any chicken in it and I'm paying so much money for it? The customer service was rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. They were sniggering amongst themself and making weird jokes. Is this a joke? I definitely won't be returning. I used to absolutely love tortilla before but hey. Don't think that's the case anymore. Don't recommend this branch at all.
