I go to Tortilla all over the country and the Cardiff branch is honestly one of the best. The food is always fresh, high quality, and consistently good every time I come in. You can really tell the ingredients are better than most fast-food places — especially the chicken, rice, beans, salsa, guacamole and sour cream, which all taste clean and properly prepared. Been three times because the food is very tasty and have taken new people with me each time, however, on two occasions I’ve be confronted with quite rude staff when asking them simple questions about the menu, which really was quite surprising considering they know the menu better than me, this left a bad taste in my mouth- wont be back I’m afraid. Service is just as important as the quality of food.

I usually enjoy the food from this Mexican restaurant, but today I fancied something a bit lighter and so I chose their “Veg Bowl”. (What could possibly go wrong?) Their (Deliveroo) menu promised a bowl full of different vegetables, including “SEASONAL vegetables“, and so I paid extra and ordered the “large” version, and opted for “extra SEASONAL egetables” (whatever THEY were. Delicious Mexican food in Cardiff, Wales. I recommend their vegetarian burrito.
