Absolutely love this place! It’s my go-to spot whenever I’m out shopping and craving something warm, delicious, and filling. The first thing I noticed was how tidy and clean the restaurant was. The staff clearly do a great job of keeping the tables and floors spotless, which makes for a pleasant dining environment. Unfortunately, the food didn't quite live up to the setting. For the price, which feels a bit expensive, I expected a more cohesive meal. Never been before and was absolutely amazing. Food was fresh and filling. The atmosphere was great and the staff were all very friendly. Kirsty and Elizabeth were brilliant, working hard keeping things running smoothly, with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Can't wait to visit again.
Deli serving counter not clean, lots of mixed up ingredients and even a permanent marker pen right next to the food. Quantities of ingredients in the bowl dish was not even or remotely proportional enough.
So I dragged the family in on the basis that having had the Quesedillas previously on a trip to London, we HAD to go eat in there. After a queue to use the machines (apparently humans can't order from humans anymore?) discovered Quesedillas and kids options were sold out. I get it's a busy restaurant in a busy outlet at a.
