Nice clean and organized food joint. Quick and easy to order through the kiosk. Food was fresh and done quickly. Had different options available from burrito to tacos. You can add other condiments and toppings. All I can say though is that the servings could have been bigger. They have outside seats also which is nice on a good weather.

The food was truly delicious, offering fantastic balanced flavors that felt fresh and incredibly tasty. The service was also outstanding, thanks to our server, Jade. She was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our entire visit, checking on us regularly. She was especially thoughtful and brought my pregnant wife water, which was so kind and much appreciated. Her excellent service really made our meal special

We visited Tortilla at Cheshire Oaks, and it was amazing. Our little boy is both autistic and has a dairy and nut allergy. Meg who greeted us on arrival, spoke to our son and helped him choose what to order. Our son has never eaten here before, but he was able to try things he wasn’t sure about, and choose exactly what he wanted on his burrito! Meg is an absolute credit to the store, and we will definitely be back!

Great food, great service from Jade, especially as we are new to Tortilla! Only negative is they don't serve hot drinks but they let us bring them in from next door!!!

Have ordered from them for delivery regularly previously, quesadillas mainly. Gone completely down hill. Put practically nothing inside them.
