I came to this restaurant for the first time today and I was not disappointed. After entering I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and after looking at the menu for a short time, the helpful staff member asked if it was my first time there. Having said I was he immediately explained everything to me. The food is also really good. Full of taste and filling. I don’t usually leave bad reviews, but this place truly deserves it. They delivered the wrong order, and when I called, the lady on the phone promised that if I brought the food back, she’d fix it and add something extra to make up for the mistake. When I showed up, it was obvious they didn’t expect me to come. Suddenly the story changed — they tried to hand me less food than I originally paid for, argued about it, and even laughed as I walked out. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I absolutely love this place! The staff are incredibly friendly and always make you feel welcome. The food is my favourite. Especially the burritos and tacos, which are packed with flavour and always fresh. And don’t even get me started on the salsa verde, its the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, truly amazing! Whether it’s a quick bite or a casual meal, this is my go-to spot. Highly recommend!
Absolutely brilliant experience at Tortilla! The food was fresh, flavourful, and made just the way I like it — you can really taste the quality in every bite. Big shoutout to Manish and Mia.R for their outstanding customer service — both were incredibly friendly, attentive, and made the whole visit even more enjoyable. It’s rare to find such a great combo of top-notch food and genuinely lovely staff. Will definitely be coming back!
