I just tried these tortillas and honestly, they were just okay. 🤷♀️ I've had a lot of tortillas in my life, and these didn't exactly blow me away. When I got my order, the large size felt a little small. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't amazing either. Could be better, could be worse, you know? I guess for a quick bite, they're passable. Maybe I'll try a different brand next time. Definitely no "wow" factor here.
I come here often because the food is good, but far too often the main filling portions are ridiculously (laughable) small and are closer to sample sizes than a proper serving. Today, and like on previous visits, I left still hungry, which isn’t what I’d expect when paying £10–15 for lunch and leaves me feeling frustrated and robbed of what’s supposed to be a nice treat. Went to tortilla for the first time today, service was absolutely exceptional, served by a wonderful member of staff who was keen to provide outstanding service no matter how busy she was. Food was good however the staff made it so much better. Props to the young girl with dark hair who served me today. Glad to see people are still willing to provide high quality service no matter how pressuring the environment is.
This place did not disappoint us in London also. Loved the generous portion size and high quality Ingredients used. Plenty of vegge suitable options also. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, fuss free lunch option
