I come here often because the food is good, but far too often the main filling portions are ridiculously (laughable) small and are closer to sample sizes than a proper serving. Today, and like on previous visits, I left still hungry, which isn’t what I’d expect when paying £10–15 for lunch and leaves me feeling frustrated and robbed of what’s supposed to be a nice treat. This place did not disappoint us in London also. Loved the generous portion size and high quality Ingredients used. Plenty of vegge suitable options also. I’d highly recommend if you’re looking for a quick, fuss free lunch option
Wanted to try another Mexican restaurant but now in Edinburgh, Scotland and this was also a surprise but I was informed it was owned by a person from the states. I got the chicken quesadilla and some pinto beans. I forgot to take a picture before I tasted it but I did get one half way through. This tasted just like home in Texas and I really enjoyed both dishes. Great to see the Mexican cuisine spread across the world!!
My girlfriend and I have given this place multiple chances, hoping for a change, but have been disappointed every time. On three separate occasions, we have ordered the exact same chicken burrito, and every single time, my burrito has been given noticeably more chicken than hers. I'm a regular customer for years but the way I was treated on my most recent visit was very disappointing.. I collect stamps on my loyalty card, and when I purchased 2 separate main meals and scanned my QR code I had a feeling it didn't scan properly but when I raised my concern (and my stams didn't appear, even after I finished my meal) a member of staff said "there is nothing she can do of it didn't appear".
