Food was ok. But why I am rating 3 is because I went just before 8 pm and they started putting up chairs, blocking trash cans and sweeping under my feet. They close at 9 pm.
Food was perfect but confusing when I asked about how much stuff was. girls that served me were so rude and were talking about me and looking at me when I left, dirty looks. They practically rolled their eyes at me. 😳when I walked in I wasn’t greeted and ignored, ended up standing for 2 minutes like a headless chicken. 🐔. One of them didn’t know what they were doing, I could probably make a better tortilla than them, like did you want me to make it?
I am paralysed from the eyes down and I expect to be treated fairly and the staff here did not meet the mark. When I arrived in my wheelchair I was met with laughter from staff and pure and utter ignorance. there is no better way to describe it other than felling like I was trapped in a zoo enclosure being ridiculed by little children that have never seen a paralysed hippo before. Recently I ordered a burrito and when it came I was extremely disappointed as I found when I opened the wrapper i saw a horribly wrapped burrito with not a lot of filling. It was wrapped so terribly I had to get a knife and fork to eat it. As well as this they forgot my sour cream and cheese. I would not come here again as the food wasn’t too good anyways and it was very expensive for what it was.
I come here often because the food is good, but far too often the main filling portions are ridiculously (laughable) small and are closer to sample sizes than a proper serving. Today, and like on previous visits, I left still hungry, which isn’t what I’d expect when paying £10–15 for lunch and leaves me feeling frustrated and robbed of what’s supposed to be a nice treat.
