I just tried these tortillas and honestly, they were just okay. 🤷‍♀️ I've had a lot of tortillas in my life, and these didn't exactly blow me away. When I got my order, the large size felt a little small. It wasn't a terrible experience, but it definitely wasn't amazing either. Could be better, could be worse, you know? I guess for a quick bite, they're passable. Maybe I'll try a different brand next time. Definitely no "wow" factor here.

I come here often because the food is good, but far too often the main filling portions are ridiculously (laughable) small and are closer to sample sizes than a proper serving. Today, and like on previous visits, I left still hungry, which isn’t what I’d expect when paying £10–15 for lunch and leaves me feeling frustrated and robbed of what’s supposed to be a nice treat. Went to tortilla for the first time today, service was absolutely exceptional, served by a wonderful member of staff who was keen to provide outstanding service no matter how busy she was. Food was good however the staff made it so much better. Props to the young girl with dark hair who served me today. Glad to see people are still willing to provide high quality service no matter how pressuring the environment is.

I'm a regular customer at Tortilla (St James Centre, Edinburgh) and I really like the burrito which is why I keep going back. However, some staff can be rude and they'd (usually the same staff working pm) would serve tiny portions of everything from the rice, to beans and meat. It's frustrating because I don't feel like I'm getting my money's worth. Other customers have complained the same, and the response to those reviews is that they'd look into it, but no action has been taken thus far. I really hope this will be sorted ... read more

At 2:20 or so I got a burrito with a new tray of coriander rice taken out the warm cupboard. But the whole thing was like warm / cold - I ate it immediately in the shop. Worse, and it’s the only thing I’d eaten that was different to meals shared with family, I had a terrible case of food poisoning overnight.
