Food was perfect but confusing when I asked about how much stuff was. girls that served me were so rude and were talking about me and looking at me when I left, dirty looks. They practically rolled their eyes at me. 😳when I walked in I wasn’t greeted and ignored, ended up standing for 2 minutes like a headless chicken. 🐔. One of them didn’t know what they were doing, I could probably make a better tortilla than them, like did you want me to make it?
Food was ok. But why I am rating 3 is because I went just before 8 pm and they started putting up chairs, blocking trash cans and sweeping under my feet. They close at 9 pm.
Visited the St James Quarter branch on 06/06/2026 and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. Girl with the pink hair Kit in my particular. I even have a video of there antics. A simple ordering mistake (I asked for cheese but was given sour cream) should have been easy to correct, but instead I was argued with and blamed for the error. Recently I ordered a burrito and when it came I was extremely disappointed as I found when I opened the wrapper i saw a horribly wrapped burrito with not a lot of filling. It was wrapped so terribly I had to get a knife and fork to eat it. As well as this they forgot my sour cream and cheese. I would not come here again as the food wasn’t too good anyways and it was very expensive for what it was.
Waited 15 minutes at the order here counter to be told to order outside at the till, although one of the guy asked us that he will be with us in 2 mins. Anyways we went out for self order on the till but found the software buggy as we could only select one topping even though the message said two toppings included. Order came with missing guacamole on both tacos so had to be rectified. Over all the food itself did not offset the inconvenience so far.
