Fantastic service from Liz, super bubbly and kind service. A wonderful face to your company, every person who came in the door was greeted kindly upon entrance and waved goodbye apon their leaving. Food was fantastic, she made great recommendations. Would recommend highly.
Had a great experience at Tortilla Guildford. The food was fresh, flavourful, and served quickly. The burrito was packed with really good ingredients and the portion size was generous. The staff were friendly and efficient. The restaurant itself was clean, well organised, and had a relaxed atmosphere. If you’re in Guildford and want a quick, tasty meal with great service, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. I’ll definitely be coming back!
Food was very average- lacking flavour and served tepid, not hot. It wasn't unpleasant but I won't be returning in a hurry. The worst thing was that the whole place felt filthy dirty - the stairs up to the toilets were disgusting, seemingly not having been cleaned for months. There were bits of food everywhere. I glanced into the kitchen and there was rubbish all over the floor. The tables felt sticky and gross. It was not a pleasant experience.
Very nice restaurant. I was there with my husband and children and enjoyed our lunch. Tasty food and nice waiters. Aditi and her colleagues were all so bubbly and helpful. I would come back. Possibly the children menu is a bit overpriced for what they provide, grown up bowls are really nice and generous portions for the price. I am on a gluten free diet ( being celiac) and had plenty of choices.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I specifically asked whether the food was halal before ordering, and I was clearly assured that it was. However, I later discovered that I had been served pork. This is not a small mistake. For Muslims, halal is not a preference but a religious obligation. Being misinformed about something so serious is deeply upsetting and completely unacceptable.
