Easy and friendly place when you need a quick and healthy meal. I had the burrito with Mexican rice, roasted vegetables, guacamole and cheese sauce. I was with my daughter who is vegetarian and she had a vegetarian burrito which tasted great. We also had tortilla chips, delicious. Portion sizes were generous and the service was quick. Just what i needed so good! perfect with the meal deal they offered, got to try the kefir water (not my thing though hehe) Service great when they came to check on us I kind of mentioned I didn’t like my drink 🙈 no complain it was my choice but they gave me a Fanta on the house Thank you!
While I was in the store today, I saw a customer being unnecessarily rude to one of the staff members. The worker handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism, staying calm, polite, and respectful the entire time. She didn’t let the negativity affect her attitude and continued to provide excellent service to everyone else. It really showed her strength, dedication, and kindness under pressure. Staff like her are the reason I’ll keep coming back plus the food — she’s a true credit to the business.
Popped in for a quick lunch yesterday as I usually eat at Tortilla and order the same thing. However, this was my first time at the Islington branch and I was served by a staff member Andreia. Not only was she polite attentive and patient but she was so lovely and encouraged me to try a different combo in my burrito which I loved ! I’ll make sure to be back - really made my day.
I had such a great experience at Tortilla thanks to Andreia! She was so warm, welcoming, and attentive from the moment I walked in. She explained the menu clearly, helped me choose the best options, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. It honestly made my visit so much better. It’s rare to find staff who genuinely make you feel looked after, but Andreia really went above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back — customer service like hers makes all the difference
