I recently have visited Tortilla Islington 3 times. Each time I had a very good experience. The team members were friendly and helpful, big thanks to Raj and Umang who served me 2 times and were going above and beyond. They offered me to download the app so I could collect the points on my way to free meal. The manager is very helpful and friendly too, we spoked few times and she makes everyone feel very welcomed. Was my first time trying Mexican food, and I was blown away. The food was so flavourful and the staff so helpful. They guided me on how to order and was very helpful with suggesting what I’d like according to my preference. The portion size was also great. I went for the medium chicken asado bowl and they filled it to the brim. They also don’t skip on the toppings and you can ask for more. Easy and friendly place when you need a quick and healthy meal. I had the burrito with Mexican rice, roasted vegetables, guacamole and cheese sauce. I was with my daughter who is vegetarian and she had a vegetarian burrito which tasted great. We also had tortilla chips, delicious. Portion sizes were generous and the service was quick. I had a great experience at the tortilla restaurant. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. The tortillas were warm and full of flavour, and the ingredients tasted really fresh. Abdul gave excellent service — he was very friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfect for us. His positive attitude made the visit even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes good food and great customer service. Thanks Abdul!

Have been a Tortilla fan having tried it from the UAE and now in the UK - but how is good food enjoyable it is served with disrespect and a whole lot of attitude!? I still like your food but your operator 252611 serving me on 15/01 at 13.04 could have been a lot more respectful! Plus, can’t you just keep the door closed on a cold rainy winter day in London - everyone else does it!
