Been ordering from this place for more than a year, always had a great experience with all staff members But with today’s staff Usman, this was really unpleasant as he was really really conservative in adding items to bowl. Didn’t even fills the bowl half despite I repeated for more for almost every item The quantities he was adding was unbelievable, almost touching the toppings, really unpleasant to repeat and his response that this is standard and are you new ? More than 100th order here but maybe not any more
Was my first time trying Mexican food, and I was blown away. The food was so flavourful and the staff so helpful. They guided me on how to order and was very helpful with suggesting what I’d like according to my preference. The portion size was also great. I went for the medium chicken asado bowl and they filled it to the brim. They also don’t skip on the toppings and you can ask for more. What has happened, the portion sizes have reduced to a ridiculous size. Ordered a large burrito bowl with extra beef and was completely shocked at how small it was. Will not order again as not worth the £19 price tag . Such a pity I used to really like this place and the food 😡
Ordered a chicken bowl from this branch on Deliveroo - it was made and delivered quickly, and would be an overall quite decent meal if not for an absurd amount of onions - which were never requested (perhaps the "grilled veg" option got interpreted as "shove in a whole onion bulb"?). The onions soaked into the rest of the bowl, making it all taste of onions.
Easy and friendly place when you need a quick and healthy meal. I had the burrito with Mexican rice, roasted vegetables, guacamole and cheese sauce. I was with my daughter who is vegetarian and she had a vegetarian burrito which tasted great. We also had tortilla chips, delicious. Portion sizes were generous and the service was quick.
