had a very disappointing experience with the customer service. The staff member who assisted me was rude and did not seem willing to help. When I asked for information, she appeared annoyed, especially because I had difficulty understanding what she was saying. Good customer service requires patience and professionalism, and unfortunately, this was lacking. She would benefit from additional customer service training.
