Absolutely unreal. Hands down the best staff and best burrito I’ve ever had—and I don’t say that lightly. Tortilla Mexican Grill at Leadenhall Market in downtown City of London is a beautiful three-story restaurant serving very good food at a fair price. On very busy days, especially in summer, they open the lower, basement floor which is equipped with its own kitchen and bar. Absolutely delicious food! Every dish was fresh, flavourful. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Thank you to Nayan, Agnes, and Kate for making the experience even more enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back!
It’s usually good here but today I ordered four tacos and they were falling apart making them an absolute mess. Unsure if this is an error or a one off or a change in taco but felt I needed to raise awareness to be careful when ordering tacos
First impressions weren’t great. Walked in and was shouted at to queue downstairs. Went downstairs and the queue was longer. Great.. I wanted the quesadilla but apparently they only do them after 2pm. Downstairs the boards are smaller and not lit up so missed that even though there’s a small symbol saying it.
