Fantastic food and incredible service. Very combining to one’s dietary needs. There’s an upstairs that is more comfortable and warm. Food is great, lots of choices and happy to assist with additional protein. The staff were brilliant.

TOTAL FAILURE: Missing Paid Ingredients and Inedible Quality This order (No. 7B7E2, total cost £34.90) was a catastrophic failure from start to finish. I am not complaining about a minor error; I am reporting multiple fundamental failures to provide the food I paid for. The issues with the two main meals were severe and objective: 1. Amazing service and even more amazing food. We were greeted with huge smiles and great customer service. The burrito was so big, packed with meat 🤤 and wrapped perfectly by Dale.

As it was my first time at Tortilla, I had a really great experience. The staff - Manan was very friendly and helped me choose the right dish. I would highly recommend it — even for those who are vegetarian.

everything was absolutely amazing! tried their tacos and was guided through the process, food was presented so nicely and was served well by nico and shanelle! splendid!
