Tiago and Nic were amazing servers - giving us good advice on choices and superb service 👌 That’s what more stores need to display…customer service with a true smile and real assistance. Finding even have to ask for a napkin/serviette/tissue with our meals. Well done!!! It’s a pity I live in Derby and not Leicester.
Fantastic food and incredible service. Very combining to one’s dietary needs. There’s an upstairs that is more comfortable and warm. Food is great, lots of choices and happy to assist with additional protein. The staff were brilliant.
The food is amazing as always tastes great but most of the staff are lazy, ignorant or provide inadequate service making the quality of the meal inconsistent. Every time i go its always a different issue with the staff, this time the guy put 2-3 cubes of chicken in my quesadilla, when i asked if he could put more he said it cost extra so to save the argument i said ok, just to go to the till and find out its £3 more to add extra chicken??
