First time trying Tortilla on National Burrito Day; queued up for a free medium burrito. Generous portion of chicken, rice, beans, avocado and cheese. For £8.50 you get quite a filling burrito. Very flavourful. Long queue for the free burrito but the crowd control was handled very well. Staff were nice and friendly.
Decent Mexican style taco/burrito eaterie. Quick service for a quick bite to eat. Tacos were very tasty. Andrew our server was very helpful
Warm food, fairly pricey and average tbh. I left most of it because it was cold I mentioned it to the staff who didn't care at all - shame. Nothing to write home about The honest traveller x
Tortilla in Liverpool is an absolute gem — a solid 5/5 from me! I’m obsessed with their naked burrito (because sometimes, carbs are optional and guac is not). It's fully halal, which is a huge win, and the best part? You get to play burrito architect and pick all your own fillings. It’s basically a flavour packed buffet in a bowl. Honestly, it's become my go-to spot at this point.
Disrespectful staff. I got in with my dog and they saw me, but after more than 20 minutes, when we finished our order, they started to moan about my dog and claimed that dogs were not allowed beyond a certain point in the restaurant. As a regular Tortilla customer across the UK, this is the only branch that doesn't make their rules clear upon entry.
