The burrito bowl had mix of hot and cold ingredients I think that’s what I needed especially in this scorching heat. The food was fresh and people were pretty welcoming. Looked like they enjoy what they do which makes a place more cheerful. Overall I had a pleasant experience
Food was fantastic overall; the staff helping me had a very poor attitude and was overly rigid on my order unnecessarily (in my eyes); I was merely asking to sub out one sauce for another with no real financial consequence. She also had to toss a bowl after adding a giant scoop of chicken to a veggie bowl, rolled her eyes at me, and proceeded to redo the item (after she had verbally confirmed veggie bowl to begin with). Currently enjoying a burrito bowl - first time customer and will definitely return. A little busy as can be expected for lunchtime around the city but service was calm and all options explained by the ladies behind the counter. Now feeling very satisfied after a healthy lunch.
Ordered a large Chicken Asado Salad for £10.45. When it arrived, I questioned if it was a large as the box felt half empty. Safe to say I was still hungry afterwards. Expected a lot more for my money. Sat in to eat upstairs, went to discard my rubbish and the bin was overflowing. Not a great experience.
We visited the Tortilla London Bridge branch at around 9:10 pm on Saturday. The stated closing time was 10:30 pm, yet the staff did not allow us to sit upstairs, saying that it was already closed and that they were preparing to shut, which was disappointing as we intended to dine in. We ordered a taco and a quesadilla, and unfortunately both were below expectations. The taco did not taste fresh, and the quesadilla was overly salty and seemed off. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not return.
