A massive thank you to Senaya and Revathi! Absolutely amazing! The best chicken tortilla bowl I've ever had. I ordered for delivery yesterday night and it arrived fresh, beautifully presented and packed with so much flavour. The portion size was very generous, and you could tell it was made with real care and attention. I especially appreciated how carefully and kindly they followed the extra notes on my order. That attention to detail made all the difference. Thank you so much!
Probably the best tortilla i’ve been to in London. Food is fresher, staff is ultra super nice & it genuinely looks like the shop opened yesterday. The current management is doing a superb job. Rev, the lady that served me, was super nice. Very impressed as I run a local food business. Great food, amazing staff. 10/10 would recommend
Very disappointing experience. Today I ordered a medium burrito with only rice, beans, and guacamole. I have ordered the same thing before and usually pay around £3, so I was very surprised when I was charged £7.50. When I questioned the price, the first member of staff was happy to charge me £3.50. However, another employee, who I believe may have been the manager, stepped in and said she couldn’t charge £3 because “the system wouldn’t allow it” and insisted I had to pay the full price. Since I am fan of Tortilla. I visited this store and loved the food. The service was good. Srusthi served me professionally with each detail of the food and the taste. The Dulce Quesadilla was good. 😊
came to Tortilla for lunch and had a really good experience. Srushi was especially helpful — he took the time to explain the menu and helped me decide what to order. His recommendations were great, and his friendly attitude made the visit much better. The service was quick, welcoming, and professional. Definitely appreciated the help and would happily come back.
