Staff here were super lovely, considerate and helpful. I came in with my friend during rush hour and ordered tacos. They handled the rush really well, even when a customer was extremely rude and entitled towards them (he made a scene because he wanted to skip the very obvious queue). Had such a lovely experience at Tortilla thanks to Anya! Super friendly, patient and was welcoming from start to finish. Service was quick, the food was great, and she had such positive energy throughout. Great food and great customer service! :)
Really enjoyed my visit to Tortilla Reading! The burrito bowl was fresh, tasty, and filling, with plenty of choice for toppings. The quesadillas were perfectly cooked, cheesy, and full of flavor. Staff were friendly and service was quick. Great spot for a casual bite — definitely coming back! 🌯🧀
I am a regular customer of this Tortilla, mainly ordering through delivery apps and I’ve always enjoyed it. It WAS one of my favourite takeaways ever. Unfortunately, my experience on 15/06/26 at 12:40 has changed my mind. Whoever was working then and made my burrito should seriously reconsider where they work. Food is great as always, but unfortunately the server was so unapproachable we almost left. What ever happened to service with a smile??? It’s more like service with a scowl. I asked if she can put the cheese and sauces on the side because it’s for takeaway and we will be driving home for a bit.
