My second visit here, I don’t particularly find the food that tasty I think its lacking in flavour and spices however this is a personal taste. I do love their Coriander and Lime sauce tho and I think it is handmade! Love the concept of this restaurant, the fact that you can build your own bowl and its healthy. The atmosphere is nice, love the deco and the staff are super nice.
Beautiful fully loaded tortilla, meat, salad and sauce was fresh. Customer service was excellent, staff went above and beyond. Although it was to big, quality was fantastic.
I ordered from here at night via JustEat because I was too ill to cook and in a sorry state in bed with my medicines and I still wanted something vaguely healthy and balanced. I let them know I was sick and cheekily asked for some freebies if possible but said no worries if not and thank you for their service. I worked for Chipotle in USA long time ago and I think I know what kind of standards and guidelines should be taken in consideration in this type of fast food restaurants. You can park in ‘Old deer car park’ to get here or via train Richmond station is right opposite to this place. We enjoy visiting Tortilla in Kingston. Today while shopping came across this branch in Richmond with all the colourful balloons 🎈..turned out they were celebrating their birthday and had buy one get one free offer on burritos so we went in to have some 🌯 .
