My second visit here, I don’t particularly find the food that tasty I think its lacking in flavour and spices however this is a personal taste. I do love their Coriander and Lime sauce tho and I think it is handmade! Love the concept of this restaurant, the fact that you can build your own bowl and its healthy. The atmosphere is nice, love the deco and the staff are super nice.

Tried almost the whole menu here, always very fresh and delicious! Has become a daily staple. All the staff, and particularly Gerald, are always super friendly and accomodating. Can't reccomend Tortilla more.

Beautiful fully loaded tortilla, meat, salad and sauce was fresh. Customer service was excellent, staff went above and beyond. Although it was to big, quality was fantastic.

I had a fantastic experience at Tortilla Richmond and wanted to highlight Bavani in particular. The level of customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, which made a real difference after a long day. Bavani showed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail throughout. We love this place so much! We had a take away every week and is always fantastic. Great food, good value and delicious. Staff super friendly and service is fast. 10 out of 10 thank you 😊
