The food and service were good; however, I was very concerned by the way the manager appeared to treat the staff. I could clearly hear a woman—presumably the manager—raising her voice and using inappropriate language without any apparent reason. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and gave the impression that the staff may be experiencing poor treatment. I hope management is aware of this situation and takes steps to ensure a respectful and supportive work environment.
Cross contamination of their vegan option 'Vegan Chilli no Carne' with actual chicken! The chicken bits were all over the 'Vegan Chilli', from inside the Chilli to outside the tray. That was there when I was queuing and no staff bothered to clean it or swap out the tray. I saw a review here with someone saying they were eating their veggie box and found chicken in it, and now I know why. Would not recommend for vegans and vegetarians if the shop doesn't take people's dietary requirements seriously. Very disrespectful.
Aine at the counter is rude, abrasive and does not belong behind a counter. Rather than making a customer feel welcome and at ease, she blurts out instructions rudely. What makes it worse is that she ill-treats her colleagues working alongside her at the counter. When a customer asked them where the loo was, this lady yelled at her colleague saying 'I only have 2 hands, can you open the door to the loo for the customer'. If you walk too fast you might miss it. It’s so cute. Food was good. It’s great if you are in the hurry or in transit. Love it and definitely will come back.
im the biggest tortilla fan & have it all the time. I ordered a vegetarian bowl which was filled with chicken chunks. Would not recommend this branch for vegetarians and wont be visiting again. Love tortilla’s food but this was a really disappointing experience.
