Honestly, I’m absolutely fuming. I ordered beef, and they sent me chicken instead. It’s not rocket science, even a child can tell the difference between the two. They clearly couldn’t be bothered to check the order and just sent whatever. The food was all messed up and smelled bad, as if it had gone off. It was impossible to eat something that looked so questionable, so I threw it in the bin. I want my money back. This is just lazy, sloppy work and completely unacceptable. Sort it out.
Ordered ahead and they prepared my order once I showed up, diet coke was nice and cold out the fridge. Had the large veggies and vegan chilli no carne bowl and was absolutely stuffed! Could barely finish the chips but not complaining, put them in my bag for later. Felt for the workers working in the hot heat.
Servers (mine was leah) manage to combine being both incredibly friendly and efficient. Portion size is fantastic while tasting fresh so best of both worlds. Fast and fresh food with good sauce options and the vegan option tastes fantastic to the point I order either beef or vegan.
Ordered the quesadillas with beef for a £1 extra and made it a meal for £3 extra. The make it a “meal” was not worth it at all. Since it was a small bag of tortilla chips which were extremely salty and a can of drink. I had also ordered a cheese dip for £2. This was also not worth it. Honestly the food had me stuffed 😭 Bought a big burrito thinking it's going to be light work, but I wasn't ready to be met with a burrito nearly the size of my head! For £11.50 I feel like I got my moneys worth, especially with the £3 extra for chips and a drink.
