I have been to three of these locations in/near London and this one by far had the best and quickest service. Down to little things like giving a bowl if you are eating there and including a fork. It sounds like little things, but when you’re just serving a glorified Cesar for “food as fuel” people to eat, it’s the small things that count. Good chicken, good service, and I was so glad to eat with a metal fork.
Great service and high quality customisable food. The venue is well lit with cosy booths and a wide selection of refreshing drinks. I had the beef burrito with added cheese sauce. I will definitely be coming back.
Californian here. Stopped in on a whim for a burrito and was pleasantly surprised. You can get salad if you don't want rice, the hot salsa was hot, and the flavors and proportions were fine. Would have been happy with it back home!
I try not to make a habit of commenting on big corporate chains, but this specific branch of Tortilla is exceptional. It's staffed by just the nicest guys who are excellent at listening and helping you build the ultimate burrito. So happy they're here to brighten up my day - a credit to this branch and the wider company. Highly recommended!
I've been a loyal customer of Tortilla for quite some time now, and I have to say, the Southwark branch truly stands out.
