A chain Mexican burrito restaurant in UK, decent quality, fast and friendly service, the waitress explained everything in detail with me as it was the first visit for me. You could get a well balanced meal, protein, veges, carbohydrates from both rice and beans, combined all with Mexican spices and citrusy sauce = an enjoyable meal.
So and so branch of tortilla. We had a burrito and a quesadilla, the burrito was half cold and the quesadilla burnt. The trays were wet and rusty. Overall it was ok but it could definitely improve. The staff was friendly at least.
For a very small restaurant, like a hole in the wall, this place sure had fantastic food! We were pleasantly surprised. I had the salad with chicken and toppings which you could choose. My husband had the 3 soft tacos, one beef, one pork and one chicken. We loved the food! As a matter of fact, we liked it so much we got a burrito for dinner. Definitely recommend this restaurant!
I’ve been going to Tortilla for years and love the brand however this location needs urgent attention. I recently found out that rice of any kind causes me to have stomach issues. When I asked for my burrito without rice the man making my burrito refused to do it without rice because he said it would be too “soggy”. So he bullied me into having rice on my burrito and gave me no choice. This needs urgent attention as the lack of care for food allergies shown by the worker could be dangerous for other customers. Wandering the streets through London, hungry and desperate for a quick bite to eat before meeting some friends for beers. Did a quick Google search and found this place. So glad we did! The place was packed, which was a great sign. The food was fresh and delicious. We both built our own bowls.they have great options like steak, chicken, beans, two different types of rice, sautéed veggies, corn,, pickled onions, jalapeños. I really loved their piña, hot sauce!
