I have been to three of these locations in/near London and this one by far had the best and quickest service. Down to little things like giving a bowl if you are eating there and including a fork. It sounds like little things, but when you’re just serving a glorified Cesar for “food as fuel” people to eat, it’s the small things that count. Good chicken, good service, and I was so glad to eat with a metal fork.

I was served by an older guy at Tortilla yesterday it’s a shame I didn’t get his name and he was honestly one of the nicest people I’ve met. He was so kind, polite, and genuinely warm that it stood out straight away. It’s hard to explain, but the way he spoke and treated people was just incredibly sweet. You don’t come across that kind of genuine kindness very often, and it really made an impression on me.

I try not to make a habit of commenting on big corporate chains, but this specific branch of Tortilla is exceptional. It's staffed by just the nicest guys who are excellent at listening and helping you build the ultimate burrito. So happy they're here to brighten up my day - a credit to this branch and the wider company. Highly recommended!

I've been a loyal customer of Tortilla for quite some time now, and I have to say, the Southwark branch truly stands out. The service here is consistently excellent, and the food is always fresh, delicious, and remarkably consistent. In fact, I find the quality at this branch to be even better than others I've visited. A special mention goes to the manager, who is always friendly, approachable, and incredibly helpful. A chain Mexican burrito restaurant in UK, decent quality, fast and friendly service, the waitress explained everything in detail with me as it was the first visit for me. You could get a well balanced meal, protein, veges, carbohydrates from both rice and beans, combined all with Mexican spices and citrusy sauce = an enjoyable meal.
