Love love Tortilla but shame about the staff in the Westfield Stratford site. Some of the women on the service line are so miserable and lack customer service skill making it a poor experience overall. Extremely STINGY with the portions. I don't get any beans, sour cream or cheese but can only get a tiny stingy portion of salsa! Food bangs though and loyalty collection is great and highly recommend to download the app and collect. Every 5 or so you get 1 free! Chicken is halal.

Been here a couple of times, very nice bowls. Had the chicken with beans corriander rice and lettuce!. Tortilla chips are nice, you get different dips with it, Wraps are good too!.

The food is very good, my burrito was delicious. But the staff was very rude. The younger employee was nice, but the two older ones were rude and stressful. They don’t let you time to think about what you want to eat, one of them didn’t even let me think for more than 2s and just chose for me. It goes without saying that it was all done in a very rude way. So the food is good but the staff stressed me out.

I am a huge fan of Tortilla and will always choose it as my first option when it comes to Mexican takeaway. This particular site is always the best! Vasu and the team are always superb. Special shoutout to Vasu, who is absolutely brilliant and manages the team exceptionally well! Whoever needs to see this make sure she is looked after well 🙌🙂
