My friend and I were feeling peckish and decided to give Tortilla a try. I don’t usually eat much Mexican food, so I was a bit unsure what to order at first. Thankfully, Jaanika was incredibly friendly and helpful - she took the time to suggest what to try and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable. Even though it was close to closing time, she still had great energy and a big smile the whole time. Really appreciated her service - we’ll definitely be coming back to this branch again!
I had the pleasure of visiting Burritos Watford recently. The mexican tottilla wrap were absolutely mouthwatering—the Chicken was juicy and packed with flavour, and the combination of toppings was perfect. It's definitely one of the best burritos I’ve had in a while! I also tried the mexican rice, which are something truly special. Decent food and friendly staff. A little on the pricey side for anything but your basics but good portions for the price. A burrito here is definitely a more filling lunch than most fast food joints!
A very bad experience and for sure the last one at Watford: burnt chicken, unhelpful staff, small portion. I wouldn't give you a star! I made the order at self check-out and of course it wasn't what I had in mind. I asked the staff where is the manager and why is not labelled each product (smashed beef, etc. ) what you are selling so customer be able to order the food they want. After long went here again, food quality is still very good. We ordered burritos, having distinct taste between the options selected. Good quality, good quantity, taste fresh. Plenty of seats available, quick service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, clean, easy parking
