Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."
Staff were polite, everything clean and initially well presented, however, so much juice from salsa that food ended up soggy by the time we sat to eat. In addition to that, about 3 toppings I was offered were all an additional £1 each, so we declined. All I recall is “that’ll be an extra £1” being repeated! Will not eat here again, cannot recommend the tacos!
Actually it was surprisingly good quality. I did try a real Mexican food in America so I know the difference. Stuff was friendly and attentive, he even allowed me to add ingredients by my choice. Quesadilla I ordered was great, juicy enough but not falling apart. I recommend!
Had such a great experience at Tortilla London. The food was fresh and delicious, and the service was amazing. Huge thanks to afsana , tiago, Himani, nayan and manju for being so friendly, helpful, and making the visit extra special. Can’t wait to come back
