My advise if for anyone going there to Get a small bowl / portion, because the large one will be filled the size of a small and cost double! It could be the effect of Brexit, but the non European guy serving us, had zero customer service, we’ve got to the end and our large bowls were half full, so we asked to add an extra spoon of tomato salad and he replied that we have to pay extra money if we want it, as extra. The food is really good, service superb especially palmo and abhi staff were very friendly and helpful. They served with a smile and made the ordering process easy. The service was quick

I had a really great experience at Tortilla thanks to one of the staff members, Firose. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely cares about customers and creates a welcoming atmosphere. Her positive attitude really stood out and made my experience much better. Big thanks to Firose for the excellent service!

I had a great experience at Tortilla in Westfield London. The food was fresh, tasty and prepared quickly. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Thank you for the excellent service! I will definitely come back again. Do you have any new menu items coming soon? I would love to try them.

Staff were polite, everything clean and initially well presented, however, so much juice from salsa that food ended up soggy by the time we sat to eat. In addition to that, about 3 toppings I was offered were all an additional £1 each, so we declined. All I recall is “that’ll be an extra £1” being repeated! Will not eat here again, cannot recommend the tacos!
