Tortilla at Westfield London is okay but nothing special. The burritos have way too much rice and not enough flavor to make them tasty. The service is super fast though they make your food right in front of you in like one to three minutes. Prices are fair but I wish the food was more exciting. It’s edible but forgettable."
Staff were polite, everything clean and initially well presented, however, so much juice from salsa that food ended up soggy by the time we sat to eat. In addition to that, about 3 toppings I was offered were all an additional £1 each, so we declined. All I recall is “that’ll be an extra £1” being repeated! Will not eat here again, cannot recommend the tacos!

While heading to the cinema, I stopped by Tortilla and I have to say it was a great experience! The quesadilla was excellent – really tasty and well-prepared. Special thanks to Nidhi, who was very kind and took the time to explain everything to me. Great service and good vibes all around.
