I've been going to this dental office for six years and generally had a good experience with the doctor and hygienists. Recently, I agreed to a deep cleaning that wasn't covered by my insurance. What I didn't know is that this would change the cost of my future regular cleanings. They only informed me *after* my next routine cleaning that I would now be charged a co-pay for every regular cleaning going forward, apparently because I became an 'orthodontic patient' after the deep cleaning, and they now use a different billing ... read more

I had a text confirmed evaluation appointment at this location scheduled for Oct 15, showed up 5 minutes early and was greeted by 3 unprofessional women in the reception area who had no record of my appointment, when asked to repeat my name was given harsh and dirty looks from receptionist and was told "don't come back", by one of these unprofessional employees! I haven't been to this dentist in over six months. I work for NYS and my dental plan covers myself and my husband 100% for ALL routine services. I received three bills that I have already paid billing me $125 $125 $125. I never questioned it. Recently, I received another bill already SENT TO COLLECTIONS. I emailed the person and asked if he would send me an itemized bill of these charges. No response. Long story short. The worst of the worst. You're treated like cattle, there is no pride in workmanship, and the end product--an upper denture--fell right out of my mouth EVEN with glue! It was as if it belonged to someone else. dr homberger could have cared less. I asked for my money back but I can't get back 5 visits over 6 weeks, and now have to start all over again with a competent dentist that doesn't skip important impression steps to save a buck. The WORST.
